Notify our team, telling us why it was not a fit, and we will get you a refund - no return necessary on applicable items. The product is our gift to you! All we ask is that you try it out for at least three weeks.
- Please note our Money Back Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases, of a specific product, and redeemable up to two months (60 days) after the purchase date. Multiple bottles, foods, apparel, and gear do not fall under this guarantee; however, they may be applicable for return. Further information can be found on our Refund Procedure support page.
- To begin the process:
- Go to vitagaming.com/my-account/
- Log on using your email address and password
- Under Orders, select the order by clicking the view button you want to refund
- Click ask for refund button, please note that you can only ask for a refund once your order status is completed. If the button is disabled that means your order status might be on-hold/pending/cancelled.
- You have to wait for the Customer Service team to approve your request and you will receive a confirmation that your request has been approved.
- We offer such a fantastic refund policy because we believe in our products and encourage our customers to give them a fair and honest shot. In doing so refund requests will not be processed earlier than three weeks after the product has been delivered. Other applicable items such as apparel and gear can be returned at any time within 60-days of the initial delivered date.
- With your request, please include feedback regarding the item so we understand why it was not a perfect fit. Also include your order ID and contact information inside the package so we know it’s yours.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive an exchange or return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. Once the refund has been initiated, funds can take 3-7 business days to post.
- If the product you receive does not fit as expected, we’ve got it handled. To ensure we have exactly what you’re looking for we suggest returning your item for a refund and re-ordering the desired replacement piece right away.
- In order to complete the process, we require the return of your unworn, unwashed items. Please use our Return Request Form.
- Please Note: Apparel not returned in the aforementioned condition will negate the exchange opportunity or are subject to restock fees that will be deducted at the point of refund.
